Agreement: By utilizing the automated services of Sharada Printing, the user agrees to all terms outlined herein.
User Liability: The user bears sole responsibility for the copyright and legality of the documents uploaded to our servers. Sharada Printing reserves the right to refuse service for materials deemed illegal or hazardous.
Products & Pricing: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading copyrighted material without authorization, illegal content, or explicit media. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though the price displayed at checkout is final.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Sharada Printing operates a "Digital-to-Physical" fulfillment model.
Physical Goods: We do not offer courier or postal shipping. All printed materials must be collected via In-Store Pickup at our Ulhasnagar location.
Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are processed digitally in real-time. Minimum Processing Time: 1 Hour. Maximum Processing Time: 24 Hours.
Uncollected Orders: Any physical documents not collected within 7 days of printing will be recycled for security purposes. Any printed documents not picked up from our shop within 24 hours will be securely shredded and recycled to protect your privacy. No refunds will be issued for uncollected prints.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order for a full 100% refund only if the cancellation is requested before the physical printing process has begun.
Post-Payment Cancellations: Because our machines print your documents automatically the millisecond a payment succeeds, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once the Razorpay payment is completed.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are strictly limited to technical errors (e.g., your bank account was charged, but our system did not receive the receipt due to a network failure, or our printer experienced a hardware malfunction).
Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, or if an online payment fails but money is deducted, the full amount will be automatically credited back to the customer's original payment method. Approved refunds will be initiated immediately through the Razorpay dashboard and will be credited back to your original payment bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and data security are our highest priorities.
Data Collection: We only collect the digital files you submit for printing and the minimal contact information required to process your transaction.
Data Retention: To guarantee absolute confidentiality, all digital files uploaded to our servers are permanently and automatically deleted within 24 hours of successful printing.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or personal documents to outside parties under any circumstances. All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant gateway partners.
